His Heart in Love

The Lord set his heart in love on your ancestors alone and chose you, their descendants after them, out of all the peoples, as it is today. 
Deuteronomy 10:12-22

We feel the love in His heart, and reflect on the connection with those who came before us.  That lineage of Christian love, that we are all one with the Lord.  Through centuries of time.  Let us remember that we are not alone, that we are loved.   

It is sometimes easier to feel alone, particularly during this challenging and isolating time.  We feel separated from that love, which is always there for us to reconnect with.  Remember those that came before you, and those that are with us now.  Feel the love in your heart.

Lord, help me to see my place in the world, to feel the love in Your heart.  Guide me from this lasting place to bathe those who come before me in Your love.  Amen.
