Rejoice!

I am glad and rejoice with all of you.
So you too should be glad and rejoice with me.

As we prepare to journey into this Holy Week there is a temptation to look past all that has been this Lenten season. While I am sure this Lent has brought its own challenges and triumphs for each of us, one piece that has greatly enriched my faith has been these devotionals. I am so grateful for the enthusiasm, excitement, and willingness to participate. I was not sure how this program would be received back in January, but I certainly have felt a deeper union with our God and one another, especially after experiencing the wonderful glimpses into each of our faith lives. I hope that you might have felt the same. This time of pandemic has tried to make us feel isolated and alone, but as Philippians reminds us, it is good that that we rejoice together in the love of Christ. Whether you wrote, commented, or read, thank you for enriching the life of All Saints’ and for sharing your faith with one another. May we always do so gladly, rejoicing in the power of the Spirit!
